Service Process

Device Acceptance

Your device is examined and a damage assessment form is prepared.

Fault Diagnosis

Our technical team diagnoses the fault and prepares a price quote.

Approval

Work begins after receiving your repair approval.

Repair Process

Your device is repaired with original parts.

Delivery

After repair completion, it is delivered to you.

Pricing and Payment

  • Diagnosis fee is determined after examination
  • Price quotes are valid for 7 days
  • Payment is made at delivery
  • Parts costs are calculated separately
  • Diagnosis fee is charged in case of cancellation

Warranty Terms

Warranty is provided for repair work.

  • Parts warranty: 6-12 months
  • Labor warranty: 3-6 months
  • Software warranty: 3 months
  • Physical damage is excluded from warranty
